Testing The Waters
Testing the Waters – Your First Campaign
Entering a promising yet complex market such as Indonesia and Southeast Asia requires a controlled, low-risk approach.
That is why we offer our Testing the Waters program as the ideal first step.
By focusing on one selected machine or product and concentrating activities in our core starter region (Bali, East Java, and Lombok), this program enables a lean, phased, and validation-driven market entry. It minimizes initial exposure while generating real-world data and early proof-of-concept results.
Campaign Components & Deliverables

Industry-level overview
Sub-industry deep dive
Product-specific analysis (opportunities, risks, regulatory & technical requirements, competitive landscape, go-to-market recommendations)
Customized Insight Report
We create a fully tailored report covering:
(10, 25 or 50 pages – content individually determined)

Phase 1 – Market Analysis & Lead Database
We start with a comprehensive market study covering demand, competition, regulatory requirements, and key players in your target segment. Based on this analysis, we develop a qualified and targeted lead database. We then provide you with actionable outputs such as prioritized lead lists, contact summaries, company profiles, and segment-specific insights according to your current priorities. Important note on data handling:
The underlying raw database remains our proprietary asset and is not shared in full (no complete export). Instead, we deliver continuously updated, high-quality, and campaign-ready outputs (filtered lists, summaries, and strategic insights) throughout all phases. This approach ensures full usability for your outreach while maintaining the highest standards of data quality, compliance with Indonesian PDP regulations, and research integrity.

Based on the results of the market study, we identify and prioritize the most promising prospects. Depending on your preference, we qualify the top 3, 5 or 10 leads through structured qualification processes, needs analysis, and stakeholder mapping.
In this phase we provide practical operational support including:
Initial outreach and professional qualification of leads
Arrangement and coordination of product demonstrations (online or on-site)
Preparation and support of technical discussions
Assistance with commercial discussions and structuring
Accompaniment until first contract readiness and preparation of the initial import
All activities are carried out as part of our market entry execution program. We deliver prioritized lead profiles, meeting summaries, and clear next-step overviews — while the underlying raw data remains our proprietary asset and is not shared in full.
Phase 2 – Top-Lead Qualification & Pilot Preparation

Phase 3 – Intensive Follow-up & Execution Support
We provide intensive operational follow-up support for the top 3–10 qualified leads. This includes:
Logistics coordination
After-sales setup and technical support
Issue resolution
Contract preparation assistance
Optional Revenue Share Model
We offer a success-based revenue share starting from 5% on net revenue from follow-on sales in Indonesia generated through these qualified leads. The percentage is fully negotiable based on volume and strategic importance, applies only after the pilot phase, and is payable quarterly upon confirmed invoice payment. There is no upfront payment for Phase 3 — the revenue share is entirely performance-based.

Optional Expansion
Build on your initial success with scalable partnership models such as full-service distribution, regional expansion, and ongoing support.
