This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you visit seanoha.com or use our services (market entry reports, consulting, digital deliverables).
We operate from Indonesia and comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 – PDPL) as well as applicable international data protection principles.

As an individual freelancer, I act as the Data Controller under Indonesian PDPL.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Identification & contact data: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing address

  • Payment data: billing information (processed exclusively by third-party payment providers – we do not store full card details)

  • Order & service data: purchased reports, selected chapters/bundles, communication history (emails, support messages)

  • Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type & version, device information, operating system, pages visited, time & date of access, referral source

  • Marketing & analytics data: consent status for newsletters, cookies & tracking preferences


We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health, religion, ethnicity) unless voluntarily provided in a support request.

3. Legal basis for processing (PDPL-compliant)

We process your data on one or more of the following bases:

  • Your consent (Art. 14 PDPL) – e.g. for marketing emails, cookies that are not strictly necessary

Some of our service providers (e.g. payment processors, analytics tools) are located outside Indonesia (USA, EU, Singapore). We ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with PDPL Article 56:

  • Binding corporate rules (where applicable)

  • Adequacy decisions (where available)

  • Explicit consent (in specific cases)

7. Your rights under PDPL

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access (obtain copy of your data)

  • Right to rectification (correct inaccurate data)

  • Right to erasure / right to be forgotten

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to object to processing

  • Right to data portability

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)


To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@seanoha.com. We will respond within 72 hours (PDPL requirement) and free of charge unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

8. Data retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

  • Contract & order data: duration of the business relationship + 10 years (tax & accounting obligations in Indonesia)

  • Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

  • Technical/log data: maximum 24 months (unless required longer for security reasons)


After expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, regular security checks) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

10. Cookies & similar technologies

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
