Returns & Refunds policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and explains our approach to refunds, returns and cancellations for all services provided by Agatha Damayanti (operating as Seanoha / seanoha.com).
1. Nature of Services
All our services are digital in nature:
Insight Reports (Starter, Growth, Premium Bundles)
Catalog Slots
Marketing campaigns
Supplementary consulting services
These are custom-made digital deliverables (PDF reports, PDF-PowerPoint presentations, strategy documents) that are either immediately accessible or prepared specifically for the Client upon payment. No physical products are involved.
2. No Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
Due to the digital and custom nature of the services, you expressly agree that:
There is no statutory or contractual right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) after payment has been received and processing has begun or access has been granted.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
This is in full compliance with Indonesian law (including UU ITE and consumer protection regulations) and the nature of bespoke digital content.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable in the following cases:
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with the delivered content
Non-use of the service
Any other reason not explicitly covered below
Exceptions – Refund or Compensation
Significant delay due to illness of the service provider: We offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.
Technical issues preventing delivery or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, prolonged internet outages, etc.): We will provide reasonable compensation, such as:
Extended support
Bonus content or additional chapters
Expedited re-delivery at a later date
In exceptional cases where delivery becomes permanently impossible: partial or full refund
We will always communicate promptly and work with you to find a fair solution.
4. Delivery & Access
Insight Reports: You receive an immediate update with any bonus chapter(s) and a separate PDF-PowerPoint presentation within 48 hours / 2 business days after payment receipt.
Once delivered (access granted), the service is considered fully performed.
5. Contact for Refund or Compensation Requests
If you believe you qualify for a refund or compensation under the exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of the agreed delivery date:
