Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Agatha Damayanti (operating as Seanoha / seanoha.com) to you (the “Client”). By placing an order, making a payment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide digital business consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Insight Reports (market entry, industry, sub-industry, product and campaign reports)

  • Catalog Slots (reserved advertising or visibility placements)

  • Marketing campaigns and supplementary services (strategy sessions, custom analyses, etc.)


All services are delivered digitally (PDF reports, presentations, access links). No physical products are supplied.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed via the website (seanoha.com) or direct communication (email/WhatsApp).

  • Prices are listed in USD (or equivalent in other currencies) and are final at the time of order.

  • Payment is due in full upfront via the available payment methods.

  • Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and processing begins.

3. No Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

As our services consist of digital content (reports, analyses, consulting deliverables) that is custom-made or immediately accessible upon payment, you expressly agree that:

  • There is no statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under Indonesian law or applicable consumer protection regulations for digital content once access has been granted or delivery has commenced.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable in case of change of mind, dissatisfaction with the outcome, or non-use of the service.


This policy complies with the nature of custom digital services and is in line with Indonesian Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and consumer protection principles.

4. Delivery & Performance

  • Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and depend on the scope (Starter, Growth or Premium Bundle).

    • Insight Reports: Clients receive an immediate update with any bonus chapter(s) and a separate PDF-PowerPoint presentation within 48 hours / 2 business days after payment receipt.

    • Catalog Slots, campaigns and supplementary services: Delivery or start dates are agreed individually and confirmed after payment.

  • Rescheduling: Booked time slots, campaign start dates or report delivery dates can be postponed or rescheduled by mutual agreement at no extra cost. We are flexible and open to finding a new suitable time.

  • Late delivery:

    • In case of significant delay due to illness of the service provider, we offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

    • In case of technical issues or force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, internet outages, etc.), we will provide reasonable compensation (e.g. extended support, bonus content, expedited future delivery) – but no monetary refund unless the service becomes impossible to deliver.

  • We will inform you promptly of any expected delays.


5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All reports, presentations, strategies and materials remain our intellectual property.

  • Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered content for your internal business purposes only.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, publish or make the content publicly available (in whole or in part) without our prior written consent.

  • You may not remove copyright notices, watermarks or disclaimers from the materials.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are based exclusively on publicly available, institutional and scientific sources. We do not guarantee specific business results, investment returns or market outcomes.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages (lost profits, business interruption, etc.).

  • Force majeure events release us from performance obligations without liability.


7. Confidentiality

We treat all information you provide as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We do not share your data with third parties except as stated in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies. Significant changes will be notified via email or website notice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably in the first instance. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
